What we collect

When you request the free colouring book or join the newsletter, we collect the email address you provide. The site may also receive standard technical information needed to operate and protect it.

How we use it

We use your email to confirm your newsletter subscription, provide access to the book, and send occasional historical stories and updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email.

Newsletter provider

Newsletter signups are processed through beehiiv. Beehiiv sends the confirmation email and processes subscription data under its own privacy terms.

Downloads and cookies

An essential, encrypted cookie holds your pending signup on this device while you confirm your address. After beehiiv reports a confirmed subscription, a separate signed cookie lets you access the downloads for seven days. Your email address is not stored in plain text in either cookie.

Analytics and contact

Analytics are not active in this prototype. This notice will be updated if analytics are introduced. For privacy questions, contact us through one of the social links on the Contact page until a dedicated email address is published.
